Koch Global Services (KGS) Finance team has an opening for a Senior Manager, Credit to support the Global Order to Cash credit operations. This role partners with our Koch businesses to support in finding opportunities to optimize their risk, as well as support the finance organization in identifying risks. You will have the opportunity to work with various risk optimization groups within the Koch enterprise to share the credit optimization vision. This is an exciting time to join our Order to Cash team as we transform our services.
A successful leader in this role will build strong relationships and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders. This communication will include proactive identification of opportunities, ensuring support for future transition and transformation strategies, identifying key business changes impacting OTC credit, and updates on performance. We are seeking a candidate with strong financial analysis and technical skills who is comfortable engaging with different leaders and groups across the company.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Drive an understanding of the Koch Risk & Credit Philosophy within the organization and challenge thought processes to achieve better results for both the companies and its customers
- Review counterparty information including financial statements to determine credit worthiness, effectively communicate risks, and develop a strong point of view of a company's financial strength
- Manage the counterparty risk team to enable them to establish and manage customer credit limits, payment terms, open receivables, and financial disputes in accordance with risk
- Proactively engage with business operations to identify risk optimization opportunities
- Provide point of view and recommendation of risks associated with customers, products, markets etc. to the business to aid the decision-making process
- Manage the capability program for Koch Global Services, be the link between the business
- Work with the Koch businesses to lead complex, structured credit transactions
- Develop and enhance market risk tools and reports
- Understand current business processes, help define value- add future processes and data flows as per industry best practices and perform gap and impact analysis
- Partner with the Business Stakeholder teams and Business Applications teams (onshore and offshore) to ensure alignment between their transformation roadmaps
- Partner with commercial and accounting teams of newly acquired subsidiaries to integrate their processes into the Koch model
- Monitor risk measures versus market risk limits and ensure accurate risk valuations
- Develop a deep understanding of trading strategies, risks, and market fundamentals
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise in credit risk management or financial analysis
- Knowledge of leading technology for automation and transformation opportunities in credit
- Strong leadership experience with proven ability to influence others
- Customer service experience supporting internal and external customers
