Your Role

As the Senior Manager, Transformation you manage key implementation processes to ensure proactive clinical care and optimal clinical quality for our patients. Your role will be to work closely with payer and provider partners to implement and operationalize our care models within a market. To achieve this, you will need to: rapidly assess the current and future state needs; build and execute on a clinical, quality, and operational plans; and utilize a collaborative, team approach with our payer and practice partners.

As part of the Transformation team, you sit between the business development and the operations functions to ensure partner success. By doing so, you will drive successful adoption of Honest's care model and significant improvements in clinical quality, operational performance, outcomes, cost effectiveness, and consistency in care delivery.

Primary functions for this role include:

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Operations Teams to scope and create actionable transformation plans.
  • Participate as a member of an assigned transformation team leading workstream transformation in partnership with operations and Honest's partners.
  • Work closely with our payer and provider partners and clinicians to ensure success in a timely manner.
  • Balance empathy, advocacy, and ability to drive results by being an effective collaborator to our partners and clinicians.
  • Ensure results by closely measuring and monitoring market outcomes and performance.
  • Escalate, communicate, and solve for barriers to success.
  • Facilitate improvement of provider performance by analyzing, interpreting, and communicating utilization and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support provider performance and resolve barriers and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree in business or related field, preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment in the performance of operational services for health systems, health plans, medical groups, providers, clinics, or healthcare delivery organizations.
  • Experience with value-based care programs (e.g., Medicare Advantage) and pillars (e.g., medical management, risk adjustment, etc.) is preferred
  • Experience working with providers to support adoption of clinical programs, enabling technology, and use of data in practice is preferred.
  • Ability to develop high-quality materials, work on concrete deadlines, and deliver results independently.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time (on average).
  • Demonstrated success working as a tea player to support execution of strategic priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, ground up, business build.
