Our client is looking for a passionate individual who can strategize and plan all media - both print and online while delivering on their client's goals. Our client is an Ad agency with high-level clients for whom they have achieved successful results.

As Senior Media Investment Lead, you will be responsible for negotiating linear/digital media buys and managing accounts. In this position, you will also oversee all matters of stewardship and training of a team. You are flexible and can modify your approach based on marketplace conditions and the evolving needs of your clients, utilizing your experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Start: Immediate, permanent long term
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in the office

Qualifications:
Minimum four years of relevant agency/buying experience
Bachelors degree
Knowledge of Digital Media, including Mobile, Video, Programmatic, etc.
Superb negotiation skills
Strong Excel skills
Solid relationships with media vendors
Ability to lead and manage a team
Polished presentation skills to forge relationships with clients
Experience creating traffic sheets for upload into ad servers (such as Google CM360)
Highly organized and a self-starter who thinks outside the box
Great organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multi-task
Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience working with key top management
Barter experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,089.56 - $117,708.63 per year
