Position Description:

CGI is looking to hire a Senior OpenText Content Server SME. This position will be responsible for implementing an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) based on the OpenText Content Server technologies. Strong customer management skills is required for this position to gather requirements and turn them into a solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• OpenText/Content Server designer, configuration, and implementation support for various core and

additional modules including Enterprise Connect, WebReports, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan,
Importer/Exporter

• Support for the integration of ECM solutions to Active Directory, SQL and other line of business systems
• Serving as the primary Point of Contact for all questions, concerns, and issues; provide input in

establishing goals and objectives and execute work plans; share and encourage the implementation of
leading practices to improve service delivery quality within own functional area of responsibility.

• Collaborate with business areas to conduct gap analysis against the records management policies,

standards, and guidance.

• Perform Records Management operational tasks, including but not limited to, record keeping system

reviews and general inquiries, contribute to the development of new programs, policies, and procedures
to support customers.

• Develop trusted internal client relationships with organization-wide stakeholders and collaborate with

other colleagues both within and outside of CGI.

• Evaluate record retention schedules and propose continuous improvements.
• Knowledge and experience in maintaining users, groups, permissions, security, and system

configurations within content suite environments

• Knowledge of customization of the Content Server is a plus
• Experience with OpenText Directory Services is a plus

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Certification of OpenText Content Server Administration
• Certification of OpenText WebReports and Schema

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,700- $147,300
