Job Profile: Senior Operations Lead

Supports the UHPO TMD Tech Chief

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as Lead for functional standardization to reduce variation in key processes and internal procedures
• Screen and edit incoming documentation to ensure it is compliant with the AR25-50 Regulation prior to Customer Command review.
• Track all external and internal taskers, engage and follow-up where needed to ensure task suspense dates are met
• Ensure Action Logs associated with technical projects are updated and provided to stakeholders as required
• Coordinate daily with PdM and DPdM to ensure Strategic, Office, and Calendars are synchronized, and document update actions are current and relevant
• Maintain an office action item/suspense database, gathering, logging, and tracking suspense actions, properly distributing them, and then gathering responses, ensuring they are staffed, approved, and provided to the requiring activity.
• Gather data from business, technical/engineering, and logistics functional areas to assist development of graphics material, white papers, decision papers and other documentation.
• Prepare/consolidate/coordinate technical briefings and external communications for tasks requiring inputs from IPTs
• Arrange travel within the Defense Travel Systems (DTS) and prepare associated expense reimbursements.
• Record and prepare meetings minutes and action items from meetings as required
• Act as point of contact for senior Army Executives
• Other duties as assigned

Education and General experience:

• Experience supporting an Army Aviation Project Office is preferred
• Be cognizant of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents; and of the major issues, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within DA
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
