Lyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Blended Care Therapy (BCT) Engagement team. You will work in close partnership with our BCT Operations, Clinical and People leadership to effectively grow and scale our overall therapist workforce. In your role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for our therapist engagement and retention efforts and managing the ongoing efforts of your team to drive engagement and retention success. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by setting and translating a strategic vision into scalable operational solutions as well as have a demonstrated passion and experience for managing and coaching a fast-evolving team.
In your first year, you will…
- Build off our existing engagement and retention strategy to effectively lead your team to scope, manage and own the end to end execution of key operational initiatives linked to key focus areas such as product experience, total rewards, role design and ongoing feedback loops to drive measurable impact on our provider retention metrics.
- Effectively grow and manage your team to ensure their own development and success.
- Partner closely with the Blended Care Operational and Clinical leadership to effectively scale and grow the broader BCT program.
- Partner closely with key cross-functional partners (e.g., HR, Legal, Analytics) to execute on key components on the operational roadmap
- Build scalable systems to actively measure and monitor key Engagement team metrics, identifying and addressing operational risks and opportunities.

Key Experience and Skill Sets:
- 10+ years of work experience, with a background in strategic and/or high growth operations and a demonstrated passion for human capital strategy and workforce management
- Demonstrated ability to successfully set up the broader strategic direction for a team balanced with strong attention to detail
- Experience successfully managing and growing small to medium-sized teams (>4), with a specific and proven impact on individual development
- Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights, build data-driven strategic narratives, and measure impact/ROI of team performance and key initiatives.
- Proven ability setting up cross-functional teams up for success and directing their efforts to achieve ambitious deadlines
- Excel in setting and unblocking team culture and ways of working and finds joy in serving as a mentor to more junior team members.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
