Join a team of highly skilled colleagues in Radiometer New Brighton, MN. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain in Copenhagen, Denmark and communicate with key contacts in subsidiaries of Radiometer.
Be responsible for production planning for the New Brighton site. Fill an important role in execution and delivery of products from U.S. production sites worldwide! Support our customers as well as Sales, Marketing and production sites. Be an important part of the Operations team with close interaction with the Global Supply Chain team in Radiometer with over 150 colleagues in total.
Radiometer has a high focus on On-Time-Delivery to sales subsidiaries, distributors and end users. We use LEAN tools such as Kanban and Takt planning in our production facilities, as well as Kaizen Events and PSPs.
To become successful, you should have understanding of production planning, order flows, customer focus, strong analytic skills and passion for data!
Responsibilities
Production planning for the New Brighton, MN site leveraging Heijunka
Follow up with production on output and takt adherence
Product allocation management for your planning area
Ensure effective communication to stakeholders in Operations as well as Commercial organization
Collaboration in cross- functional teams in Carlsbad, CA, New Brighton, MN, Poland and Denmark, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, planning or equivalent
5+ years of experience
Experience and understanding order management and logistics methods
Experience working with ERP systems
Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in collaboration in cross- functional project teams in international environment
Axapta or similar ERP systems experience
