Job Description
Responsible for leading program management initiatives related to projects. Manages project initiatives to ensure that projects and business needs are addressed. Manages milestones and facilitates process improvement and optimization. Tracks project status and updates management. Actively manages and escalates risk and compliance issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

Manages and oversees the resolution of project issues. Manages and oversees change requests approved by each project. Manages and oversees project dependencies to ensure impacts are mitigated.

Manages progress tracking. Develops project plans, ensures milestones are met, and completes the integration of time and resources to meet requirements.

Manages project charters. Monitor s key initiatives to ensure projects remain on target and assist s where necessary to keep projects on track.

Facilitates communication to all stakeholders. Ensures project documentation is maintained according to standards.

Approves project charters. Ensures project requirements and objectives are properly documented and approvals are obtained.

Establishes success indicators and recommend s trade-offs among scope, quality, time, and cost. Tracks and reports portfolio health and project progress to the project teams and stakeholders. Tracks changes in project parameters, documents obstacles and del ays, details workarounds, and obtains approvals for changes.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management , or related q uantitative field

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Deployment, Agile , or related field

2+ years of experience in people management, or related field

In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Deployment, Agile , or related field, including people management

Preferred Qualifications
