Job description
Reporting to the Director of Media, the Senior Producer executes the creative vision for SOFLO. You will develop individual content pieces and work with the Networks, Channels and Communications teams to meet audience objectives and our needs. The Senior Producer works with the local creative community to develop and produce content ranging from strategic long form, serialized formats to single short-form video content for social use - and oversees the creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling, and execution. Your goal is to create content to reach and engage key local audiences (and when appropriate, national and international audiences).

Responsibilities
Put the creative vision into reality. Develop and produce new, high- quality content that is following the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull
Work with top production partners and talent in the local market, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives.
Build a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within the country.
Execute productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy for that market
Collaborate with national and international Red Bull producers, networks, and project leads ensuring full transparency regarding project status, timelines, and requirements.
Identify new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Events, Content Series and Formats, On Premise, Consumption Occasions etc.)
Ensure that all productions are executed following the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.)
Collaborate with the National Live team when live events take place in the region
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Experience as a Senior Content Producer or Executive Producer with a track record for developing world class content for target audiences in the market
- 7+ years overall media employment in TV production, commissioning or similar, in factual entertainment, documentary or reality developing and producing distinctive content, long-form and short-form
- Experience managing multiple productions, budgets and partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery
- Familiarity with the regional content market (from TV, to OTT and social networks), including relationships within the local creative community (production companies, talent, artists, musicians, etc.)
- Experience with the international content market, broadcast strategy, commissioning, programming, audiences, ratings, branded content, etc.
- Bachelors Degree
- Must be fluent in English. Spanish fluency preferred
