What you'll get to do:

• Be a founding member of the Wonders design team, and have a significant say in how the team operates and in establishing our core design principles
• Translate business and product strategy into design initiatives
• Be a thought leader in the company to help drive short-term and long-term design efforts
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, (product, engineering, marketing, operations, sales, client success, and more) to deliver experiments and features driving clear business impact
• Working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning and growing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of design experience with a track record of shipping high-quality and high-impact products and features
• User-first mindset
• Ability to own and drive requirements through the entire development cycle, from business requirements to functional specifications
• Significant experience with cross-functional collaboration, especially with product and engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus points:

• Experience designing 0 to 1 products in an unstructured environment
• Experience with user interviews and user research
