We are looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager who is well versed in the Autodesk Product Suite and can lead the development, implementation and maintenance of products such as BIM 360, ProEst, Building Connected etc. across the Design and Construction execution project lifecycle. They will own the development and implementation of corporate-wide standards, technology, training and protocols across the Global Engineering and Security Services (GESS) organization. The ideal candidate is a proven industry leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for developing and implementing innovative products and associated methodologies across a large team. This candidate will be expected to engage with other Amazon stakeholder teams, including Amazon Operations Engineering, Amazon Robotics and Amazon Composites, Amazon Transportation Services, Amazon Real Estate and Transactions among others, to develop a comprehensive, coordinated project workflow. Key focuses of this workflow will include product development, coordination and implementation at all project stages of the value stream, including a consistent interface with the general contractor and field execution teams both internal and external to Amazon. Outstanding project management, time management and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead and oversee the implementation of Autodesk products, training and execution across the Design, Preconstruction and Construction Management Teams as well as General Contractors, internal and external stakeholders · Define and communicate product requirements to both internal and external teams · Support product design development and quality control by leading product development sessions with internal and external teams · Act as an on-site and/or remote consultant and/or trainer for the team as technology evolves and processes are improved · Provide direct team training, skill development and shadowing, as needed · Create and maintain product standards and protocols and monitors conformance to Amazon standards · Develop training content and strategies and lead discussions with stakeholders to implement successful team-wide tools for internal and external project team members · Lead strategic improvement of the product/(s) across the different functions of the project lifecycle · Efficiently integrate Revit and other technologies with other applications such as construction project management, cost estimation and asset management · Serve as single point-of-contact and manage relationship with Autodesk as a vendor to ensure full support for team technologies · Work closely with Architect/Developer/General Contractor/Execution Leaders leads to maintain consistency across projects, coordinate alternate approaches as project needs change · Oversee and maintain a current team-wide technology portfolio, including current licensing, program maintenance and training records Key job responsibilities • Work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver large or significant features successfully. Efforts result in measurable improvements to your customer’s experience. • Own defining the strategic vision for major features or a product, establishing a roadmap, and have a track record of successfully driving teams to deliver on that vision. Make crisp decisions about what projects move forward and in what priority order and successfully manage all stages of the lifecycle (from concept to delivery). • Able to influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions and successfully make a case for resource allocation to achieve a desired customer or business outcome. • Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and able to write narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documentation. • Foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). • Partner successfully with technical and non-technical customers, stakeholders, compliance, and engineering teams. • Establish product management practices that set a great example to others. • Judiciously add, refine, and remove features. • Proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks. • Actively participate in the hiring process and mentor others. About the team You will be part of the Product Development team under the Benchmarking and Analytics group supporting the Transportation Engineering Services (TES) group under the broader GESS (Global Engineering and Security Services) organization. TES group is comprised of leaders delivering on projects comprising but not restricted to Construction and Design, Operations Engineering and Vendor Management. The Benchmarking and Analytics group that you will directly be a part of, leads continuous improvement across the various stages of the project lifecycle against industry standards and using data analysis to drive decision making.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
