About The Role:

The Product team at TTG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our app and loyalty team. The ideal candidate is able to identify the most important things to build and turn those visions into reality, while always keeping the larger strategic goals in mind.

Reporting directly into the Lead Product Manager based in NY, you’ll be one of the Product Managers responsible for the product journey of the TodayTix and Goldstar apps. You will work closely with engineers, design, and merchandising to constantly improve the customer experience through first to market initiatives.

• Build retention driving initiatives that boost the TodayTix app experience living up to the standards set as the first mobile theatre app
• Implement mobile-first experiences that increase user value and meet exceptional design standards
• Expand our first-to-market experiences like mobile Rush and Lottery and push the bounds on new opportunities in the theatre space
• Bring a unique and challenging perspective to where the TodayTix apps can grow and find new footholds in the digital theatre space

TTG has 12 squads working on various back-end, consumer-facing, and B2B products and provides ample opportunity for PMs to learn and grow across the business.

What You'll Do:*

• Define the goals, vision, and strategy within your Squad and lead one or more teams in achieving that vision
• Own the end to end product vision and accountability to stakeholders. There is no “I don’t know” when it comes to understanding your product
• Identify, uncover and understand key customer needs and how that can lead to new product needs
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and internal teams to create scalable user experiences that drive engagement
• Maintain Product roadmap, success, and lifecycle with Shortcut, Figma, and Indicative
• Set your Squad’s culture and ensure best practices for delivery
• Be a leader in supporting Product growth and understanding within the organization

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Minimum of 5+ years Product experience
• Experience working in apps is required
• Collaborative leader who can earn the trust of their team and stakeholders
• Critical eye towards customer experience and quality
• Always comes with an informed point of view
• Advocate for the voice of the customer through interviews and data
• Inspires and motivates others to continuously improve
• Fosters positivity and clarity
• Passion for theatre is a plus

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
