Senior Program Analyst
Contingent Upon Contract Award

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide oversight of the Ready, Relevant, Learning program (RRL), Integration Board (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) planning for United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC). The Senior Program Analyst will coordinate across all stakeholders to develop high quality, senior executive level products for RRL IB and ESC review.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and quality control for RRL IB and ESC support
  • Establish standardized formats for RRL IB and ESC briefings
  • Coordinate review of RRL IB and ESC briefs to gain consensus on decisions
  • Validate meeting schedules and agendas to meet the RRL IB and ESC purpose, vision, and goals
  • Develop, review and validate minutes for RRL IB, ESC and other RRL related coordination meetings
  • Develop briefing material to support communication with senior leadership

Requirements

  • Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • 5 years experience performing same or similar tasks listed above
  • 2 years experience at Navy Echelon I or II commands coordinating meetings and supporting documents

Note: 15 years of experience in executive administration with Bachelor's degree can be substituted for a Master's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,410.82 - $139,632.36 per year
