Responsibilities:

• This position will serve as the Senior Project Manager over the OCIITS Cybersecurity Support contract with the Treasury Department
• Oversees all project management and success of the program
• Manage large teams, including subcontractors
• Manage Large cyber security efforts through staff
• Represent RELI to customers and project owners
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
• Has full authority for personnel actions
• Ability to multitask including management of multiple projects, teams, tasks/jobs
• Able to guide/assist staff in other cyber related areas
• Provides problem solving capabilities and solutions to complex security issues
• Has strong working knowledge of federal requirement and technical experience working
• Provides a laser focus approach to managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Mentors team members in project management artifacts, processes, tools, and techniques
• Ensures all project artifacts and deliverables are documented, approved, and stored for re-usability, support, and audit purposes in designated project tools
• Staffs team efforts appropriately based on scope, work effort assessment, and necessary skills
• Develops project budgets, manages changes, and tracks actual costs and variance to approved budget
• Develops statements of work for the procurement of third-party suppliers to perform specific tasks
• Leads the mitigation and resolution of high impact issues and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management or related discipline from an accredited institution with 10 or more years’ experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience managing leading technical projects
• Experience working in multiple sectors of security functions/capabilities
• Experience with NIST guidance
• Experience with administration of information systems
• Desired to have one professional security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CAP, GSEC, or Security+)
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, with a concentration in RMF support
• Knowledgeable in FISMA, NIST RMF, NIST SP 800 Series, and industry leading Software Assurance, Vulnerability Analysis, and GRC tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences (e.g., technical/non-technical)
• Extensive experience in analyzing and implementing security requirements at all level
• Expertise in developing options and presentations
• Involved in the design, development, and testing Systems to Requirements
• Ability to lead teams through security implementations
• Highly detailed focused
• Excellent organization skills
