Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Research Scientist to join our growing Mission Solutions team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provides subject matter expertise to a project team in the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.
- Works under consultative direction toward predetermining long-range targets.
- Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Contributes to current ARL program research and development goals and journal publications as needed
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- PhD in a technical field and 15+ years experience
- Familiarity with Army Research Laboratory essential research programs and mission sets
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team
- Excellent communication skills
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Readiness to support current/ongoing projects with little to no ramp-up time
