Location: Scottsdale, AZ
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst with a minimum of 2 years' experience, public accounting, private equity or similar.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist with the monthly revenue analytics, function as backup to the Director for key financial models built in Anaplan software and Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end revenue reporting and Accounts Receivable analysis.
  • Manage weekly claims-based cash forecast and work with Treasury Director to integrate cash flow projections to larger cash forecast model.
  • Assist with third party, financial audit, and operational data requests and model walkthroughs for third parties.
  • Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with data analysis on an as needed basis
  • Collaborate with the IT and RCM team in the management of key business datasets in SQL Data Warehouse; develop and/or communicate data requirements for finance projects on an ad hoc basis.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and RCM teams to manage and expand upon, as needed, the existing Power BI reporting environment supporting operational and financial decision-making and analysis
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis, reports, or charts for presentations to management or third parties.
  • Support Treasury Director in management of daily cash reporting and other day-to-day treasury functions with incremental training.
  • Develop key relationships with operations partners to support business improvements.
  • Manage the integration of new markets/operation locations and systems for key reporting units.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Assist in the development of future analytical models using Anaplan and other key projects.

Required qualifications include:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the utilization of reporting tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to team members and senior leadership
  • Ability to effectively communicate with non-finance professionals.
  • Advanced computer software skills – Microsoft Office suite required, advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI, SQL, Anaplan, or similar data management and modelling tools strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and more than two years of experience in finance, accounting, MIS/CIS with a focus in business or a related area
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent experience a plus
