JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The Senior Channel Operations Coordinator is the primary point of contact for new and existing channel referrers and TriNet Sales teams. This individual is responsible for answering questions about terms within agreements, supporting financial and/or legal merger & acquisition documents needed, and ensuring proper Channel account setup and ongoing maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Process new Channel applications for approvals with Channel Directors and Senior Industry leaders, send agreements via DocuSign, ensure agreement is compliant and operationally sound, within multiple systems and teams.
Provide SFDC activity reports to TriNet Sales and Channel leaders, by Channel referrer and TriNet Sales Consultants, for yearly production reviews of Channel agreements and account assignment.
Answer referral payment questions and handle quarterly or yearly payment report requests from Channel referrer, with support from internal teams.
Calculate and provide monthly payment reports to BSCA, for appointed brokers who referred new TriNet clients electing BSCA as a benefit provider.
Setup new prospect accounts and opportunities from Strategic Channel referrers, while ensuring adherence to TriNet's Sales ROE is followed and assignment to Sales Consultant is accurate and processed quickly.
Develop, test and deploy, process and system enhancements to support Channel and Sales.
Draft and send product, system and/or process enhancement communications to internal teams and external Strategic Channel referrers, approved cross-functionally.
Assist with content needed for internal and external training, with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
- N/A
Experience:
5+ years of experience in supporting Sales, Channel Sales and/or Channel Operations environments.
2+ years of experience with PEO or related insurance industries.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
In depth knowledge of Sales and Channel compensation practices.
Communicates business correspondence and follows procedure manuals.

Proficient with SalesForce.com.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
