Responsibilities:
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an experienced Senior Site Security Manager responsible for multi-disciplined security, maintaining compliance, and providing subject matter expertise in support of U.S. Defense Department and Intelligence Community (IC) collateral, special access program (SAP), and sensitive compartmented information (SCI) programs at MTSI's Dayton, OH office.
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise site security officers responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes, practices, and compliance to reduce risk involving collateral, SAP, and SCI programs
- Perform as the site’s lead Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) for IC program activities
- Oversee the construction and accreditation of new classified storage and processing facilities and requirement implementation
- Oversee the implementation of applicable collateral, SAP, and SCI directives, specifications, regulations, manuals, and guidelines
- Lead security-related business development activities supporting priority and high-value contracts, proposals, and operations
- Process and maintain appropriate accreditation documentation for each open storage area, SAP facility, and SCI facility
- Manage personnel, physical, and technical security (e.g., TEMPEST and TSCM) actions and procedures per customer directives
- Investigate all unauthorized disclosures of classified information and security matters following customer direction
- Lead the site’s security education training and awareness program to inform cleared individuals of the requirements and guidelines for protecting classified information
- Maintain continuing relationships with local officials, including security, intelligence, and other relevant governmental functions and private sector counterparts
Qualifications:
- Top Secret security clearance with current SAP and SCI eligibility, and polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of collateral, SAP, and SCI security management experience
- Experience working with the DoD, IC, and other U.S. government security authorities in facilitating classified collateral, SAP, and SCI program activities
- Thorough knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 704, ICD 705 and Technical Specifications, DoDM 5105.21, V1 thru V3, DoDM 5205.07, V1 thru V3, 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and a working knowledge of other applicable Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency, and Department of Defense directives and regulations
- Ability to work independently in an operational environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and demonstrated leadership presence
- Experience leading projects and using the Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications Desired:
- Formal SAP and SCI security management training
- ICD 705 SCIF certification training
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and six or more years of related security experience. (NOTE: Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret security clearance with current SCI eligibility.
