Newtown Development is looking for a Lead Superintendent to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination of all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
• Manage on-site Superintendents and Laborers
• Perform quality control duties
• Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the job-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years' of experience as a Site Superintendent
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
