Own the design and delivery of one or more OED solutions and interventions (e.g. training, talent assessment, performance management, employee survey, high potential (HiPO) programs, change management, team effectiveness, core curriculum, etc.). Facilitate one or more training and working sessions via classroom, web-based, and self study delivery techniques.

This role is based in Minneapolis and will offer a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design and delivery of one or more OED solutions and/or processes (training, talent management, survey, change management, team building, etc.). Lead user acceptance/quality review of all program materials in advance of distribution.
  • Lead the design and development of key metrics which assess the short and long-term impact of solutions. Create summary reports, ensure data is accurate, and proactively provide information on a regular basis. Assess data and identify areas of opportunity for team members to consider. Assist with process/program improvements.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, HRBPs, OED consultants, and clients to effectively assess training requests. Determine whether existing or new solutions are necessary to address business needs. Lead collaborative meetings and communications between HRBPs and other stakeholders regarding new or enhanced programs.
  • Facilitate one or more training and working sessions through face-to-face and web-based mechanisms. Leverage existing materials to ensure successful delivery. Incorporate course survey to gather feedback and measure success of offering.
  • Lead the creation of documentation to support program execution (e.g. leader guides, instructional design documents, and FAQs).

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years' of experience
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, attention to detail, understanding priorities, and communicating up/down stream.
  • Proven ability to work well with business partners and determine resources required to meet business line program objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Overall technical/system proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and related tools.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills and comfort in group facilitation and training.
  • Experience in key systems (e.g. Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Adobe Connect, WebEx, Skype, etc.).
