Overview:
Travel Leaders of Tomorrow is a virtual travel agent training program under the Internova Travel Group umbrella. We are seeking an experienced corporate travel trainer to build and facilitate our new corporate travel advisor training program. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic trainer with an excellent grasp of the GDS, preferably multiple and recent. They will have a strong aptitude for virtual and in-person group facilitation, training, and technology and wants to share their passion for the travel industry with new travel agents.
The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a multi-course virtual classroom curriculum for the corporate travel advisor
- Develop, schedule, and deliver multiple virtual classroom training sessions each week
- Maintain and update training curriculum for virtual and on-demand training events
- Add new applicants and agencies into Salesforce, maintain accurate data and reporting
- Update and maintain content and users in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with travel agency and student correspondence, onboarding, mentoring and agency placement
- Other duties as requested
- A minimum of 3 years corporate travel agency experience in all aspects of the industry
- Proficiency in at least 1 GDS system required. Multiple would be preferred.
- Experience in all facets of the reservation process including; air, car, hotel, exchanges, pricing records, international, debit memo avoidance etc.
- Approximately 2-3 years of training experience, including building training programs preferably in the travel industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Must be able multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to work a flexible workday to accommodate evening classes from 7pm - 9pm/9:30pm EST. Could be 1-3 evening classes a week.
- Ability to travel occasionally required
