SEO Strategist

We’re looking for an experienced SEO strategist to join our team at Tilt Metrics. This role is a fit for someone who has a proven track record of helping companies achieve predictable growth through advising & consulting clients on their SEO strategy. Experience working with B2B companies is a bonus, but not necessary.

We’re a remote-first company that focuses on our people first. Our mission is to help our clients scale qualified leads, trials, and demos for our B2B service and software clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Directly manage client accounts - including communication, expectations, and bi-weekly meetings with your clients
• Consult & implement SEO diagnostics, strategies, and roadmaps based on impact, confidence, and effort
• Advise on mapping content and prioritize the creation of it to align with the clients’ goals and funnels to generate revenue
• Drive organic traffic growth, organic conversion growth, and organic ranking for the client through our SEO efforts

What You Offer

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, copywriting experience is a bonus
• A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, in all areas of SEO - including technical, On-Page, Content Marketing, and Off-Page
• Excellent project management skills to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives in a timely manner
• The ability to manage 5-6 accounts at once
• Experience with top tools like ahrefs, semrush, screaming frog, etc.
• Ability to drive revenue through smart decision making, day to day management, and measurement via Google Analytics & analytics other tools

Expected Results

As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for mapping, developing, and implementing an SEO strategy for each of your clients. You will work directly with your clients to help them develop this strategy based on their goals.

Plans and content should consistently be delivered on time, be of high quality, and align with clients’ goals. Ultimately the efforts of the SEO specialist should drive organic traffic and conversions, and increase organic ranking and revenue.

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
