Sooki & Mimi is looking for Servers

The team at Sooki & Mimi has been surprising and delighting guests since it opened in February 2021. Both our culinary and beverage programs create fresh, inventive, and craveable offerings, and the dining room surrounds everyone with rich textures and natural elements that contribute to an energy that is at once vibrant and serene. We are a full-service, in-person restaurant that is pushing the edge of what a restaurant experience should be - for our guests and our team. We are looking for servers who practice hospitality with their heads and their hearts, and thrive in an environment that encourages curiosity and compassion. Is that you?

What we expect from you as a Server:

While your day-to-day will be focused on the traditional tasks related to serving guests, these three responsibilities are always at the core of this role:

• Ensuring everyone at Sooki & Mimi feels comfortable, welcome, and leaves excited to return
• Contributing to a healthy and safe environment for all team members
• Keeping operations running smoothly by both developing and using your knowledge and technical skill

What you’ll need to be successful in this position:

You need to have some chops to be a Sooki & Mimi Server, enough to be able to confidently and consistently provide inspired hospitality to guests, keep up with the flow of service and support your teammates. On top of technical skill, you will thrive in this role if:
