Job Overview

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s main objective is to show our guests such a great time that they will want to return.

Responsibilities for Walnut & Park Server
● Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive
● Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
● Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members
● Serve food and beverages
● Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses
● Collect payment from customers in a timely manner
● Assist in training new employees and students as required
● Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience

Qualifications for Restaurant Server
● Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Good attitude toward teamwork
● Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative
● Confident, outgoing demeanor
● Ability to be mobile for a minimum of 4 hours, bend, stoop and life a moderate weight
