Sycamore Reserve is a full-service senior living community. With owners that know Residents by name and a dedication to keeping Residents active, healthy, and happy.
We are looking for an amazing energetic Servers/waitress to work full or part time to join our team. If you love to work with Seniors, this is the right place for you.
Responsibilities:
- To create a positive Resident/guest experience in a professional, friendly, helpful, and timely manner resulting in the highest level of Resident/guest satisfaction while serving their food.
- Greet all Residents and escort them to their table.
- Follow the Resident program's steps of service including the presentation of food and drink menus, making recommendations and answering questions.
- Take orders from Residents and enter them into the system.
- Prepare dishes for service, to include ladling soup, cutting portions of pie and desserts and brewing coffee before serving to the Resident.
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to Residents in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Monitor and observe Residents/guests dining experience. Ensure Residents are satisfied with the food and service.

Qualifications and skills:
At least 1 year of experience as a servers in a full service restaurant or Independent Senior Living.
