Reineke Family Dealerships is currently looking to add a service advisor at our Fostoria Ford location. Your job will be to advise customers on the available service options when their vehicles need repairs. Developing extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance is a must!
- Greet customers when they arrive at the service center
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
- Answer questions about service outcome
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
- Previous service advising experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
