We are dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations and are looking for someone to fill the Service Scheduler role for our General, Shed Trailer Services, and Mule Service Departments. Our Ideal Service Advisor/Writer:

  • Experienced: 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, inside sales, and/or automotive service a plus; high school diploma; willing to train the right person.
  • Organized: Able to coordinate between customers’ schedules and the workflow of the service department to create an optimal plan.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient with a computer, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent Communicator: As the primary contact for all service phone calls, you will be the first to speak with customers and manage their questions or problems. Must maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Team-Oriented: Humble enough to admit mistakes, have the drive to do a great job and treat others with respect in working together to serve customers. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the work culture.
  • Reliable: Show up on time and work up good schedules for each tech.
  • Professional: Contribute to the team by being a positive, upbeat presence, use clean language, and help us maintain a family-friendly feel. It's common for customers to bring their families to our sales lot and service center.

  • Dependable: To meet our commitment to our customers, we count on you to be on time, work efficiently, and be committed to getting our customers back on the road. The typical schedule is 40-50 hours per week.
