Ciocca Subaru of Flemington is looking to add a Service BDC Team Lead to our Business Development Department!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers or team members, and providing general or related vehicle service information
• Maintain and communicate exceptional knowledge to our customers with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
• Assist with training new hires or current employees as needed
• Assess team performance and providing feedback to the BDC Manager to praise publicly and coach privately
• Create a productive and motivating work environment for the team
• Conduct weekly team meetings

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Good time management & organizational skills
• Typing/basic computer skills
• Ability to solve basic math calculations
