Robert Denooyer Chevrolet is currently looking for a positive, energetic and outgoing person to handle all incoming calls for scheduling and perform follow up calls for business development. We are looking for someone who loves serving people with integrity and has the people skills to turn a frown into a smile when they come into a repair facility.

This individual will need to be able to function in a fast paced environment, work closely with Service Advisers and Sales staff in order to achieve customer satisfaction. A proficiency for relaying information accurately, efficiently and following the process that is given is essential to the success of any individual in this position.

Daily tasks would be scheduling service appointments, assisting inbound phone calls with status updates on their vehicle, updating customers when parts arrived for their vehicle, and helping the team assist our guests. This position has potential for someone looking for a full time position, or we can work with a part time schedule as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
