Description:

A nation-wide CPA firm is looking for 2 additional service desk analysts (Helpdesk guy/gal). The ideal candidate is one that has around 5 years of experience on a helpdesk providing both hardware and software support in a professional environment to internal customers.

The technician should have strong Windows 7 & 10/ Office/ Outlook support skills as well as experience working with an ACD and ticket tracking software (Cherwell or other's). Excellent customer service skills and a positive and up beat personality is a must.

The service desk is open from 5:00AM to 9PM with expanded hours later in the tax season (mid Feb - April). Usually the newest folks are responsible for the Noon - 9PM shift, but may get plugged into their schedule wherever their call volume is highest. Currently they are looking to fill a 10AM CST shift or later.

This firm is growing rapidly through acquisition and they need to add a service desk analyst to manage the call volume on the desk. This position requires 2 weeks of onsite training in their Madison, Minnesota or Milwaukee locations. After those 2 weeks the position will be 100% remote. 4 month contract to direct hire.
