Knickerbocker Country Club is looking for an energetic and creative service manager to support our dining program and deliver unparalleled guest experiences. This opportunity offers lots of growth potential for the right candidate.

The service manager is responsible for managing all front of house operations and supports the development of our beverage programming. Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to hire, train, manage and mentor their team over their career is of paramount importance.

This is an exciting position with oversight of multiple on-property restaurants offering everything from fine & casual à la carte dining, banquets, events, grab-and go cuisine and more. We are looking for a well-organized energetic leader who is passionate about owning this program and growing it within our warm family-oriented community.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated history working and leading quality country club, hotel and restaurant dining outlets.
• An exceptional and entrepreneurial resourceful problem-solver who is detail oriented and eager to take on the challenge of a seasonal, multi-facility environment involving nearly every style of dining and cuisine within a year.
• A member & club-centric go-getter who wants to deliver on behalf of the family they will become an integral part of.
• Strong demonstrated leadership and team building skills. With the ability to curate a team and develop them.
• Must possess excellent communication skills. Strong computer skills a plus, essential computer skills a must. Familiarity with P&L tracking through enterprise management systems.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality management.
• Private club, hotel experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
