DESCRIZIONE
We are looking for a Service Repair Technician who will be responsible for:
- Services customer product, including basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspection, testing, and final inspections
- Records work performed in the form of symptom and parts replacement reasons
- Grows a familiarity with all products, processes, and software tools
- Resolves a variety of basic problems of limited complexity under direct supervision and performs rudimentary analysis involving a limited number of factors
- Learns policies and procedures, and applies them to routine activities
REQUISITI
- Ability to work effectively with other employees
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office, Internet and e-mail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and teamwork, both as a team member and service leader
- Ability and willingness to work with minimal supervision
- Good written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to organize, manage and control multiple accounts
Education Requirements
High School or equivalent / Technical Certificate or Training preferred
