The Service Representative – Special Billing Team-EFT (PAC) is responsible for processing individual policyholder’s Electronic Funds Transfer requests and all related billing transactions while demonstrating the highest levels of service professionalism in all that they do.

The Service Representative – Special Billing Team-EFT (PAC) is expected to:

  • Responsible for processing individual policyholders’ EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and billing transactions
  • Research and resolution of inquiries, policyholder concerns, and payment histories
  • Verbal and written contact with policyholders, District Agents, General Agents, and HO departments
  • Process mode changes, coupons and refunds
  • Daily interaction with Customer Assistance Team, Claims, New Business, Worksite Issue/Billing, Controllers
  • Provide telephone back-up for the Customer Assistance Team
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business experience required. Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize a high volume of multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to context, substance and detail while meeting goals and strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and extend relationships.
  • Shows initiative with a “can do attitude” and the ability to implement changes that will improve workflow.
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office.
  • Insurance knowledge is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

We returned to the office in May 2022, employees are required to be in office on Mondays and Thursdays at this time. There may be times in which employees are requested to come on site more days during the week based on business need.
