We are offering a generously paid Service Technician Apprenticeship program, with unparalleled opportunity for gaining practical hands-on experience and career growth opportunities. Our program allows students to alternate between learning in the classroom and gaining practical experience, as well as saving money and time on tools with our reimbursement program.
BENEFITS:
Paid training of a minimum of $15 per hour while attending the CSCC program.
Tool credit up to $1,000 applied once you enroll in the program at CSCC.
Additional retention compensation and tool credit for each year after completion in the program up to $15,750!
$3,000 tuition reimbursement each year after graduation during employment with Byers, paid annually for four years.
Additional tool credits for each of the four years - $500 1st year, $750 2nd year, $1,000 3rd year, and $1,500 4th year!
WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership - familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures.
Assist service advisor in test driving vehicles, and testing components and systems - you will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, climate control, new model training, etc.
Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
