Our Service Center in Golden, CO is currently seeking a Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a company of good people that want to grow and be successful together. We hope you give us a chance to get to know you!

The Role

This position will be responsible for rotating equipment service and repair for our valued clients.

• Works alone or as a team to service and maintain various types of rotating equipment. Frequently working under tight deadlines in the field and/or service center.
• Assists in planning, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of new or modified installations for mechanical systems.
• Utilizes technical repair reports to accurately document all aspects of the repair estimate, repair, and failure diagnosis.
• Works as an “Emergency Responder” on rotation as necessary. Must be able to travel on short notice and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
• Uphold all safety practices and procedures as detailed in the company safety manuals.
• Continuous learning of products, applications, technology, market conditions.

Our Ideal Candidate

• High school diploma or GED is required; a degree from a Technical or Vocational school in Mechanics or Electronics is preferred.
• Previous experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously changing field.
• Previous experience in the installation and repair of piping systems is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice when required.
• High-level communication and organization skills, as well as a positive attitude towards customer service required.
• Basic computer knowledge required (Google, Word).
• Ability to manually lift and maneuver heavy objects, parts, equipment, and materials required (up to 100 pounds).
• Ability to work under little supervision.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

The desired candidate will also be highly motivated, willing to challenge and improve the Company's existing processes, and must be adaptable to perform other duties as needed.
