About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Architect for ServiceNow platform for various ServiceNow products like IT Asset Management, IT Operations Management, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, Vulnerability Response, Service Catalog.

In this role, you will:

• This role will be responsible for mapping business requirements, leading the design, development and implementation of the ServiceNow solution
• Review designs created by other groups/resources for alignment with best practices
• Working closely with product managers and agile teams in defining UI, data model and defining the integration requirements
• Definition of technical solutions at an Architectural level
• Proactively identifying opportunities to continuously leverage ServiceNow platform in best possible manner
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of platforms capabilities and acting as subject matter expert
• Lead the implementation of complex projects and initiatives that have companywide scope
• Assist in the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives
• Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
• Identify medium to high architectural impact projects
• Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions
• Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams
• Make decisions in the development and maintenance of architectures
• Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
• Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong background in ServiceNow as an Architect, covering a range of associated products
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to manage stakeholders and work under strict time constraints.
• Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
