ROLE - SF DevLead with Einstein Chat Bot
LOCATION - Dallas TX
Rate – 60-55/hr on 1099 (All Inclusive)
Visas – H4 EAD, l2 EAD, E3 EAD, GC EAD, OPT EAD, GC, US Citizen, TN Visas
Start date – within 2 weeks, initially remote
Interview – 2 webex
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with customers to solidify the client's KPIs and Success Criteria for the chatbot engagement
- Deep-dive the use cases and process flows for Chatbot conversations with customer team
- Work closely with team members to configure the Einstein chatbot based on use cases
- Work closely with the Technical Architect, to make technical decision especially around integration, data migration ( if any)
- Know how to train Einstein BOT based on different scenarios and also train customer team with demos and working sessions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of Salesforce Experience including configurations and customizations using Apex, Lightning Flows, Communities
- Experience presenting to clients and business stakeholders
- 1+ year of Einstein Chatbot POV and trailhead badges
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 Einstein Chatbot implementation in their past experience
- Preferred Healthcare provider experience in past dealing with Patients and their experience
