Summary:
The candidate is responsible for providing superior customer service and transaction handling to our clients. Manage daily workflow processing, providing client service and fund operations support.
Responsibilities:

Provide superior client service by effectively handling calls, emails and work items with professionalism, accuracy and within deadlines, including supporting the Dealer Services Call Center

Assist direct shareholders with account set up, maintenance and transaction processing

Process literature requests from prospective and current shareholders

Identify appropriate fund and/or service based on inquiries from prospective and current shareholders

Heavy interaction and follow through with the Funds transfer agency

Outbound calls to shareholders to resolve processing issues and provide requested information

Work with internal groups (portfolio management, sales/marketing and legal/compliance) to deliver timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree required (business degree preferred)
-
Some business experience a plus, i.e. internship, part time job
-
Financial services, sales and/or customer service experience a plus
-
Excellent communication and telephone skills a must
-
Strong follow-through
-
Ability to obtain the SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 within 6 months of employment
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
