About the Team

The federal contracting team operates day-to-day as a small team that liaisons with our client in the financial industry. We rely on excellent communication and teamwork, as we partner cross functionally with other divisions across the agency. We consider ourselves experts in IT support and application development and strive to provide excellent rated services to the federal government. The team consists of a mix of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Web Developers, and other technical resources. We are a growing company, and we look for employees who can think outside of the box to find novel solutions and grow with us.

MPP Requirements:

This role acts as the primary technical contact and lead for the MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse) in the areas of Architecture, Engineering, Security, Governance, ALM, Integration with Azure and Administration;

Provides technical guidance on migration of SharePoint solutions (e.g. InfoPath, workflows , SharePoint reports/dashboards, Legacy Business Intelligence reports/dashboards) to the Power Platform;

Serves as a senior technical resource on the Power Platform team - guiding Citizen developers in the implementation of Power Platform solutions;

Serves as technical lead for designing / implementation of Platform Governance Automation.

Develops scripts as needed.

Works closely with federal solution architects on management and governance of MPP / Office 365 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists, under general direction, in the analysis, implementation, and evaluation of current and proposed business needs and initiatives, including maintenance of web pages, web products, and SharePoint sites, and SharePoint administration.
  • Performs assigned tasks that have a moderate level of technical complexity or organizational visibility or requires a moderate level of technical or analytical expertise.
  • Executes planned data analyses.
  • Develops and produces ad hoc and routine reports.
  • Confers with users to determine problems, resolutions, and requirements.
  • Conducts reviews and audits.
  • Gathers facts for analysis.
  • Drafts, reviews, edits, and distributes policies, procedures, and other documentation.
  • Provide desk-side training for site owners and site users, produce how-to documentation, reference materials, conduct group training sessions, document findings and solutions, and work with site owners, site users, and other IT resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Support site owners with permissions management and site features configuration
  • Use advanced knowledge of out of the box SharePoint features and tools to recommend solutions that meet business needs
  • Assist in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, configuration/development, implementation/testing, and support of out-of-the-box Microsoft SharePoint Online solutions
  • Work with business users and managers to analyze, document, and build requirements-based automated SharePoint Online workflows
  • Develop custom SharePoint Online business solutions using various tools including SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Office 365 workloads such as Power BI, Automate, and Planner
  • Adhere to SharePoint best practices when implementing business solutions

Qualifications

General Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science

OR

  • Five (5) years of experience in financial operations, business management, or information technology environment Specialized Experience

OR

  • A combination
  • Five (5) years of specialized experience:

related to analyzing business and operational issues, developing process improvements, incorporating the use of available communication and collaboration tools, performing data analyses, and creating complex reports

Technical (as needed per task order)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
