Quality Labor Management (QLM) is now hiring experienced Commercial and Residential Sheet Metal Mechanics to work on a project in Flora, MS . Must be able to start ASAP, be motivated to learn and have great attention to detail. In this role, you primarily work on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, with a focus on ductwork.

Additional Details:

• Pay rate: $18-$22 - Based on Experience and Skill set
• Per Diem: Yes - $50 per days worked
• Specific Tools required: Tools per trade
• Duration: At least 1 month
• MUST HAVE: OSHA 10

Responsibilities:

• Install ductwork for new HVAC construction projects
• Repair existing systems
• Make plans and material estimates for each project
• Test and examine systems for quality
• Advise less specialized workers on the site
• Duct installation on-site with power and hand tools
• Experience working with sheet metal either on a construction site or assembly line

Requirements:

• Completion of an apprenticeship or technical school program
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on utility-scale construction projects
• The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
• Minimum age 18 Provide
• Personal transportation to and from the jobsite
