POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all shelf set/space management objectives established by the company, suppliers and retailers. Duties include the planning/development and implementation of customized schematics for designated accounts, electronic tracking of all assigned shelf sets and reporting. Responsible for adhering to all company policies, standard operating procedures, MLCC guidelines and supplier agreements.

- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Implement, monitor and track all space management activity.
- Maintain current and accurate pricing according to company, supplier and chain account guidelines.
- Responsible to maintain communication with all supplier personnel.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Check inventory levels and rotation and monitor product quality according to company and supplier standards.
- Oversee the planning and execution of product displays in retail stores and make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising.
- Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure, such as shelf positioning.
- Know and understand all competitive pricing.
- Maintain positive customer relations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred (four Year College or university)
- Experience: Two to four years related experience
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and relevant Space Management software.
- Certificates & Licenses: Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC); Valid Driver’s Licenses.
- Other Requirements: Must pass physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle report must meet insurance company guidelines.
