We specialize in the Design-Build method of construction resulting in fast-track delivery of the project improvements to our customers. Fire Fab Shift Supervisor
Job Summary
Manage a shift of approximately 35 employees ensuring production and quality requirements are met while maintaining the safest working environment possible.
- Responsible for all employee on their shift
- Make sure safety is the first priority
- Knowledgeable of daily production and share information with employees
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed
- Answer to shop manager
- Conduct pre-shift safety and informational meetings every day
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks
- Experience training employees who have different learning methods
