Shift Supervisor (Heavy Industrial)
Large, heavy industrial plant has an immediate for a Shift Supervisor to join their team. The successful will applicant will be charged with managing the staff and various maintenance activities within the plant.
MUST HAVES!
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working in a heavy industrial facility.
- Solid understanding of Control Plant Systems and ability to monitor on a continuous basis
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within a heavy industrial environment
- Ability to mentor the maintenance team / strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills (will need to plan daily work rotas for the hourly employees, ensure work tasks are completed in a timely manner, etc.)
- Open to rotating shift work
- ASME certification holder or ability to obtain it within 6 months from date of hire.
