Essential Functions:
1. Read and interpret orders properly.
2. Correctly identify finished products.
3. Record and report returns to the office.
4. Communicate with the supply man and load hauler to have materials on hand.
5. Must be able to operate forklift and order picker.
6. Identify packing list to proper destination.
7. Must be able to operate load poly wrapper.
8. Must be able to load trucks according to weight and distribution limits.
9. Know lay out of warehouse.
10. Knowledge of RF system/use computer to check stock status.
11. Assemble UPS and bring to UPS machine
12. Work at elevated heights to 30 feet.

Physical Abilities:
1. Continuously required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or touch, use foot/feet to operate machine.
2. Frequently required to reach above shoulders, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
3. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
4. Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Occasionally required to lift up to 100 lbs. or more.
6. Continuously required to operate order pickers, tow motors, and high lifts.
7. Frequently required to use utility knife, safety harness, metal bander, dock levelers, computers and stretch wrappers.
8. Occasionally required to use tape machines, battery charger, and battery changer.
9. Sensory requirements are communication, hearing, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus for vision.

Hazard Risks:
1. Frequently required to work in high, precarious places.
2. Occasionally required to work near moving mechanical parts, in wet humid conditions (non-weather), exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
3. Noise level is moderate.
4. Low risk of falling objects, moving vehicles or flying objects.
5. Low risk dust, water, or chemical spray.
6. Low risk of back injury from lifting.
7. Low risk of falling from high elevation.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Perform general housekeeping.
2. Communicate with other shifts if needed.
3. Train other employees to perform the functions of the position.
4. Perform general maintenance.
5. Notify supervisor of any maintenance problems.
6. Communicate with production supervisors and scheduler.
7. Communicate with truck drivers.

Education, Experiences and Skills Required:
1. Must be trainable by the other employees qualified in this classification.
2. Must possess physical characteristics to safely and efficiently perform the duties of the job.
3. Must possess legible handwriting skills.

Safety:
1. Observe all safety issues, practice safe working habits and report any unsafe situations to a supervisor.
2. Be adequately trained in lock out/tag out and all other safety related programs required by the company.
3. Required to wear steel toe shoes, eye and hearing protection when on the plant floor.
