Job description

Warranty Receiving:

• Receive and sign for warranty shipments.
• Open warranty shipments, check the content and confirm the serial number to the RMA number.
• Within Business Central (ERP), receive serial number into 03 and supply customer service with any associated FFL paperwork.
• Organize and stock the warranty shelf with firearms returning for warranty.

Warranty Shipping:

• Utilize the daily warranty invoices to pull repaired firearms from the shipping shelf to prepare for shipping.
• Ensure that the firearms are packaged well and secure with adequate packaging materials.
• Verify the address and that all information within Business Central is accurate before shipping.
• Weigh, label and ship repaired products.
• Verify FFL requirements and documents for shipping firearms to customers/dealers.

Parts Management:

• Build a knowledge base of the inventory system and parts locations.
• Work as an extension of Customer Service and Warranty to pick and ship parts daily.
• Maintain shelves of organized parts to keep all items accessible and searchable.
• Possess the mechanical skills to disassemble a scrap firearm to retain the salvageable parts.
• Organize and maintain a list of the salvaged parts.
• Have proficiencies with Excel and email used to create and track parts requests.
• Previous firearms experience is a plus.

Customer Service:

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a timely but friendly manner.
• Take incoming parts orders and requests via phone and email.
• Transfer parts orders and requests to the parts coordinator.
• Be able to keep a pleasant and helpful demeaner when speaking with upset customers.
• Be able to navigate computer systems to find manuals, part numbers and to create RMAs.
• Professional email etiquette and communications is a must, Excel proficiencies is a plus.
• Able to sit at a desk on the phone and in front of a computer for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
