This position is responsible for managing internal material control, logistics and shipping processes, and receiving and verifying incoming material.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides input to supervisor in decision making that has a direct impact on the efficiency on the production line/warehouse.

Must have experience with all Receiving and Shipping procedures.

Assist all shipping and receiving associates with proper documentation.

Assist all shipping and receiving associates contacting customers and suppliers to schedule trucks for shipping and receiving appointments.

Must have experience filling out Bills of Lading.

Manage inventory control.

Document incoming appointments and receipts and set up outgoing deliveries.

Monitor and control all associates to maintain process availability at all times.

Follow all company policies including but not limited to general warehouse and safety practices.

Perform any other duties as instructed by management.

Report any food safety issues, concerns to management.

Commit to produce safe, quality products.

Must submit to OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and pass associated tests

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has some supervisory responsibilities that are shared with management.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Minimum 2 years of Shipping/Receiving experience.

Hours M-F 7:00am-4:30pm
