Silver City Aluminum is looking for a customer oriented service representative to input customer orders and provide product/services information regarding customer order status with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR's are genuinely excited to help customers, are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. Strong Emailing, Excel and Word skills are necessary.
