Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.

Summary

We have an immediate need for a Shipping Supervisor, 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) with a $4,000 sign-on bonus in Monroe Township, NJ with a high knowledge of warehouse stocking systems and warehousing techniques.

Responsibilities Include

· Shipping/receiving goods & materials

· Issue employee equipment

· Verify orders and track shipments

· Supervise all warehouse staff

· Record all warehouse data

· Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds

Key Requirements

· Warehouse supervisory experience

· Experience with WMS and RFID Scanner

· Calm demeanor and level head for trouble shooting and handling a variety of issues as they arise

· Ability to develop and carry out policies and procedures

· Effective and professional demeanor when engaging customers & employees

· Excellent organization skills and ability to delegate

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects

· Capability to lift and move an excess of 50 lbs. unassisted
