Job description
You will create Deliveries/shipping documents, Schedule our shipments in our Customers Portals, shipping labels, invoices, and preparing items for shipments. You will communicate with different groups within our company such as, Production, Quality, Sales and Customer Service to determine the proper shipping method and documents required.
You will report to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create/Release Deliveries
- ASN's on portals as required
- Portal scheduling for shipments
- Review order reports/Help manage Est Dates
- Manage EFIN daily list orders shipping to EFIN
- Communication with production and reps
- Handle or re-direct Rep/Cust/Internal Calls
- Review and support follow up on DA/QH to aid in getting shipments out
- LX02 Stock/Old Inv Clean Up
- Support in other shipping area if needed
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of shipping procedures, methods
- Communicate to help create documents required
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Work experience will be considered.)
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a team player
- Forklift experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and use of the SRA Scanner is a must, Microsoft Office
