Mission
- Exclusive Paving is seeking a Shop Helper and/or Expediter. No experience necessary but must be familiar with a shop environment. This position is non-union but is a great opportunity to gain experience for aspiring union members.
Main Responsibilities
- Follows the instructions of their manager: schedule, etc.
- Prepares and organizes their work: organizes the operations to be carried out, observing the deadlines, using the data for the life of the facilities, orders the supplies necessary for maintenance…
Keeping shop clean (i.e. sweeping, organizing, trash removal etc.)
Cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles and equipment
Moving parts within the shop area as directed by mechanics
Pick up and deliver parts, also general office errands
Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations while still maintaining cooperative working relationships with staff.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, multi-tasker, must be willing to work outside and not be afraid to get dirty.

Must be 18 and have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work in outdoor environment
Must be dependable, punctual and have strong work ethic
